Legal.io is working with a prominent biotechnology company to find a fully remote Corporate Paralegal. This is a full-time (40hrs/wk, W2) role with an initial term of 3 months, as well as the potential to extend/convert to permanent employee.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and organize minute books/indexes and org charts;

Administration of equity programs;

Trade processing;

General Corporate work across the Legal team and C-suite.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an in-house Legal setting

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a Corporate setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Sharepoint

Experience working at a biotechnology company

Role Details:

Anticipated Start Date: May/June 2023

Schedule: 3 months (potential for extension/conversion), 40 hours/week

Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental insurance (premiums paid by employer); 401k

Pay Rate: $50/hr - $70/hr ($100k - $140k annualized)
