Legal.io is working with an exciting technology company to hire a remote, E-Billing Specialist.

This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of converting into a full-time permanent position.

What You’ll Do:

Familiar with SimpleLegal is a plus; eBilling system experience is a must

Outside counsel billing guidelines setup and build best practices around it

Help facilitate communications across the legal department.

Be curious, organized, and able to work independently.

Self-starter and ability to run small independent projects

Experience with Budgeting and forecast experience in a Legal department

In-house experience is needed

Who you are:

3+ years experience in eBilling, legal ops, or paralegal work

eBilling system experience is a must (Legal Tracker, SimpleLegal, etc)

Role Details:

Anticipated Start Date: June 2023

Hours / Week: 40 hours/week

Contract Length: 6 months, with potential to convert into a full-time, permanent role

Location: Remote - UNITED STATES

Pay rate range (based on experience): $40 - $60 / per hour
