We deal with novel issues every day that require cross-functional work across Plaid’s risk, product, engineering, and business teams. We’re looking for a thoughtful and detailed-oriented paralegal to join our growing legal team as a Corporate Paralegal.
Based in one of our office hubs (SF, NY, DC) and reporting to Plaid’s Lead Corporate Counsel, in this role you will be primarily responsible for providing organizational and substantive support to the Corporate Legal Team on corporate governance, capital markets, and equity compensation matters. We’re looking for a collaborative and motivated team member with excellent organizational skills who can juggle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
$91,800.00 - $124,200.00 per year
Target base salary for this role is between $91,800 and $124,200 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
