Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal that thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In this role, you will assist the corporate legal team with corporate and compliance matters and help build out corporate processes that are necessary for Rubrik to evolve into a mature company. Furthermore, you will work closely with other members of the legal team, the finance department, and external counsel to help Rubrik stay compliant with corporate requirements efficiently and at scale.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist corporate legal team with corporate governance tasks, including equity-related matters and shareholder, board, and committee meetings and materials.
  • Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to prepare and file required regulatory filings and build out processes to make such filings.
  • Provide support for corporate legal tasks in connection with corporate transactions (financings, M&A, offerings, etc.).
  • Manage tasks and processes relating to corporate compliance, including anti-corruption, FCPA, and export compliance.
  • Help build and maintain processes and implement legal tools that will allow Rubrik to comply with a variety of corporate requirements effectively and efficiently at scale.

Experience you'll need:

  • 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a large law firm, with in-house experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing shareholder, board, and committee meetings and materials as well as legal reporting requirements for private and public companies.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and passionate about technology (experience with IT, Software-as-a-Service, or cloud service providers is preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with a variety of different teams.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Interest in and experience with legal operations and implementing legal tools (experience with legal workflow tools and board portals is preferred but not required). 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office programs as well as Google suite.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US Pay Range
$150,400$225,600 USD
