Job Summary

The corporate paralegal role is an individual contributor responsible for compliance and governance for all of NetApp, Inc.’s ~75 subsidiaries worldwide. In this role, the corporate paralegal interacts with Company executives, drafts governance and compliance documents and ensures timely filings in every jurisdiction in which NetApp does business.

Job Requirements

Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys.
Maintaining a filing system
Meeting with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to discuss case details.
Filing pleadings with court clerk.
Assisting with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Researching facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is [$Hiring Range Min] – [$Hiring Range Max]. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
