Legal.io is working with a top SaaS company to place a mid-level Contract Manager who will work to migrate medium and high complexity contracts into Ironclad and tag metadata.

This is a 40hr/week, 3-month contract position. Fully Remote.

Job Responsibilities:

They're looking to have a contract manager help them migrate and update contracts inside of Ironclad.

They still have contracts floating around in repositories or Salesforce that need to be reviewed and tagged in Ironclad.

Main skillset is reviewing and understanding contracts, no redlining, drafting, or reviewing necessary.

Contract types: MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Procurement Contracts, DPAs, etc.

Roughly 500 contracts, 10 metadata fields each

Who You Are:

Contract Manager with 5+ years of experience

Comfortable working inside of a CLM like Ironclad, Conga, etc

Ability to pick out and triage key contract provisions

Required Qualifications:

5+ YOE

Experience with CLMs

Role Details:

Location: 100% remote

40hr/week, 3 month contract. Possibility of extending to 6 months.

Compensation Rate: $50/hr - $60/hr ($100k - $120k/year equivalent)
