Legal.io is working with a prominent commercial aviation and aerospace company to find a Contracts Manager to add to their Legal team. This is a fully remote, full-time contract, with an initial term of 3 months and the potential to convert to full-time permanent employee beyond that.

What You’ll Do:

Mid-level SaaS contract management (emphasis on inbound NDAs, but will also see MSAs, SOWS, and similar);

Review and draft Indirect Contracts (i.e. Prototype/IP Agreements);

Review, draft, and negotiate Contractor-specific Employment Agreements.

Who you are:

3+ years of experience with management of the types of agreements outlined above.

Experience with Aerospace Manufacturing Agreements preferred, but not required.

Experience with Export Control Agreements preferred, but not required.

Role Details:

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week from office in San Jose)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Hours / Week: 40hrs/week

Contract Length: 3 months

Benefits: health, vision and dental (all premiums paid by employer)

Targeted Pay Rate: $50-$70/hour (annualized at $100,000-$140,000)
