Legal.io is working with an established software company seeking a fully remote a Contracts Manager on a flex/part-time basis. This is 3-month contract with ~20/hour weeks and the option to extend beyond 3 months.

What You’ll Do:

Heavily focused on all forms of procurement agreements (software, marketing, service, etc.);

Work cross-functionally between Legal and Business groups to accomplish timely and accurate contract turnaround;

Help maintain best practices & protect against regulatory, legal, and liability concerns.

Who you are:

Contract Manager with great attention to detail, an understanding of the above agreements and strong application of procedures and policies

5+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Technology/software sector experience;

Prior experience working directly with procurement teams.

Role Details:

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Hours / Week: 25hrs/week

Contract Length: 3 months, option to extend

Targeted Pay Rate: $65-$75/hour
