About the Team

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Legal - Strategic Programs and Operations team comprises of Program Managers that are at the forefront of enabling a vision to solidify Workday as the #1 SaaS contracting company in the world! This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of the team that is driving the implementation of innovative solutions, technology, and processes through cross-functional collaboration across Workday.

 

About the Role

The GTM Legal - Strategic Program and Operations team is hiring a Senior Program Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a consistent track record of managing programs, implementing technologies, and driving change through multi-functional collaboration. 

The Senior Program Manager works within the GTM Legal team of the Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs organization. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in one or more of the following areas: GTM Legal or Contract Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Operations, or Information/Business Technology. The role requires the ability to manage projects/programs of varying size & complexity along with prior experience translating business needs into application requirements and/or process solutions. The role is a good match for someone that is a solutionist and delivers while remaining calm in a rapidly growing environment. You will report to the Senior Manager of GTM Legal, Strategic Program & Operations with the following main focus areas:

  • Lead projects from inception to go-live. Deep knowledge of and experience in business processes, especially go-to-market sales motions is critical.
  • Support Salesforce Lightning platform for the GTM Legal team, in the following areas: reporting, user community training, new field requests, BRDs, User Access Testing.
  • Build and maintain dashboards. Proactively track, report, and refine metrics related to GTM Legal operations. Knowledge of metrics that are most impactful to track state of business in GTM Legal is key.
  • Lead Business Requirements Documentation efforts related to systems changes stemming from new products, evolving sales motions, and/or new acquisitions. Work closely with our Contract Operations, Legal Operations, Sales Systems, and Business Technology partners to deliver desired outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following: GTM Legal, Contract Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Operations, Business Systems Analysis/Information Technology, Project/Program Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce and Tableau is a must.

 

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to understand business processes and develop application/technology business requirements based on changing business environment from acquisitions, new products, changes in sales motions.
  • Able to lead projects, while continually re-prioritizing deliverables, identifying dependencies and managing impacts.
  • Highly organized and independently capable of seeking information. Take ownership of issues through resolution and deliver results in diverse situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action, understanding the value of structure while balancing the need for agility and innovation within that framework.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States 

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $128,400 - $192,600

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $103,000 - $192,600
