The opportunity:
The Trade and Regulatory Compliance group is focused on identifying, advising, and developing policies, protocols and procedures to detect and prevent the company from committing violations of laws in the countries in which we or our clients conduct business.
As our company grows, so do the regulatory requirements, complexities and risks. As our Director of Compliance Programs you will join a critical group identified by the executive team to be one of our 3 “C”’s: Culture, Complexity and Compliance. Reporting into the VP of Compliance, you will ensure that the proper risks have been identified, mitigated, and insured in a constantly evolving world and industry working alongside industry veterans with a can-do attitude.
You will:
- Advisory / Strategy / Compliance Operations

- Writing and drafting key strategic documents for the TRC
- Take over smaller responsibilities and handle other day-to-day items on behalf of the VP of Compliance; lead strategic planning processes across the Trade and Regulatory Compliance group; interact closely with team members, Legal group, and employees, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization (e.g., team meetings, notes, annual planning);
- Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
- Compliance Program / Risk / Quality / Data

- Assist the VP and TRC team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on risk profiles and self-evaluations
- Run the risk assessment process for compliance programs annually; make updates the process as necessary
- Run the self-evaluation process for compliance programs annually; assist program owners in designing and executing annual roadmaps; make updates the process as necessary
- Data Analytics

- Lead the data analytics function across the TRC
- Assurance Function

- Build and ensure the success of an audit function for the Trade and Regulatory Compliance group. You will support the Assurance Officer in creating robust audits necessary to identify control gaps within our compliance programs. JD - Assurance Officer

You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or JD preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership/management role as well as the following:

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.)
$135,000—$175,000 USD
