Coordinator - Legal Operations

Elevate is recruiting a Legal Operations Coordinator to support one of their customers. Through your collaboration and partnership with the team, you will understand customer needs and preferences to anticipate and exceed their expectations. This is a fully remote role.

Specifically, you will

• Carry out various legal operations tasks, including document processing, legal billing, metrics development, and others as needed for designated customer.
• Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our customer succeed.
• Triage Legal Operations email inbox.
• Follow up with customer and outside counsel on matter request information.

Experience

• Professional experience preferably in an operations department (legal or finance).

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

Compensation

• The pay rate for this remote-based role is $35,000-65,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location.
