Lead Product Counsel, Cyber

As the Lead Product Counsel, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategy for emerging coverage issues affecting cyber insurance policies​.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement a strategy for emerging coverage issues affecting cyber insurance policies
• Draft of proposed language for endorsements to various carrier cyber insurance policies​
• Insurance policy form review for our top carriers and newly written primary forms​
• Network with cyber insurance carrier product teams​
• Development of proprietary Woodruff Sawyer application forms and amendatory endorsements ​
• Engagement and networking with external vendors in the cybersecurity community​
• Client presentations​
• Training and development of WS cyber broking team

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; J.D. preferred. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber insurance or related legal/security field

More About Us:

Compensation: Anticipated salary between $192,609.00 - $250,000.00. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate. 

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 20% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
