Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour class action and PAGA representative claims, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, as well as general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation to join our employment team, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

The employment arena is California is rapidly-evolving. The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, staying ahead of evolving employment laws and independently handling employment cases while tackling complex issues. We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

Coming to work with a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork will be critical factors for success in this position.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS :

• California licensed with 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation

• Pay range: $120,000-185,000 per year (depends on experience).
