Legal Counsel Requires

Legal Counsel Duties

Review agreements for compliance with privacy and health care laws.
Advise on the requirements of, and compliance with, federal and state privacy and data security laws.
Draft privacy policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state laws.
Coordinate with outside counsel to advise the business on privacy matters.
Assist with risk assessments and remediation tasks when appropriate.

Employment Type: Contractor

Salary: $ 24.00 Per Hour
