Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Corporate Security, you will be an operationally minded business focused problem solver, with experience in analyzing threat and risk information. This role allows you the ability to work cross functionally to support other teams such as cyber intelligence, corporate communications, infectious disease, crisis management, and other business units.

In this role you will be an integral member of CVS Health’s Enterprise Corporate Security and Resiliency (CS&R) group accountable for CVS Health’s enterprise physical security threat analysis capability as the team lead for the Operational Threat Analysis Group (TAG).

This position is based in Cumberland, RI, and/or Hartford, CT and reports to our CS&R’s Executive Director of Operational Security Intel and Global Response.

 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience analyzing threats/risks in an all-hazards environment with multi-functional partners and teams
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in an intelligence capacity with responsibility for managing teams and driving the identification of threat information, developing analytical products, and briefing stakeholders
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an intelligence analyst and leader in the US military, public sector, private sector, or state fusion center developing intelligence products and providing briefing to leaders
  • Knowledge of using various open and commercial data sources
  • Skill in providing threat and intelligence briefings to senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Experience operating in a highly complex fast paced environment
  • Experience assessing global all-hazard risks for corporate environments
  • Moderate to Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office Tools, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
  • Ability to create concise, accurate and well-written reports with minimal direction, to include written and oral presentations
  • Able to work with cross functional teams to accomplish business objectives

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Required
  • Master’s Degree – Preferred
