Corporate Attorney

Job Description

Our office is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent our office in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise owners on legal transactions.

The ideal candidate for this position must have experience with multiple legal services including but not limited to contract law, finance law, and business law.

Responsibilities:

• Advise business owners on issues that affect business.
• Assist the business to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.
• Ensure relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by the business.
• Draft review, complete, and file legal paperwork related to business operations.
• Ensure business processes, strategies, and actions comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements:

• Candidates must live in The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Houston, Humble.
• Must have experience in business, contract, and financial services.
• Must be professional and organized.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines.
