Director of Practice Management - Litigation

Our client, an AmLaw 25 law firm, seeks a Director of Practice Management who will serve as a trusted advisor and “chief of staff” to the heads of their litigation group.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of combined experience
• At least 2+ years of experience as a business professional with an emphasis on practice management, operations, financial analysis and management, legal project management, client relationship management, and talent management in highly sophisticated legal environments
• Strong financial analysis skills (i.e., utilization, profit margins, strategizing analysis, etc.)

Preferred:

• JD or MBA preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing litigator

COMPENSATION

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package with an estimated base salary range of $300,000 to $350,000. This firm also offers an incredibly robust bonus and profit-sharing plan.

The office is based in NYC.
