**Responsibilities as a Junior Paralegal include:

• Assisting the Legal Operations team in projects related to entity management and corporate transparency acts
• Handling distributions to counsel and portfolio companies
• Adapting procedures as required to ensure efficient processes
• Reviewing fund structures and data with meticulous attention
• Validating entity formation, operating, and structural documentation
• Collaborating on various ongoing tasks to support legal operations

**Qualifications for the Junior Paralegal include:
