**Responsibilities as a Senior Paralegal include:

• Collaborating with the Legal Operations team on complex projects involving entity management and corporate transparency acts
• Managing distributions to counsel and portfolio companies while ensuring adherence to established procedures
• Driving procedural refinements as needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Conducting reviews of fund structures and data, upholding meticulous attention to detail
• Validating entity formation, operating, and structural documentation, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy
• Playing a vital role in supporting various ongoing tasks that underpin the legal operations function

**Qualifications for the Junior Paralegal include:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in investment management fund formation and structure
