This role is based at the headquarters in Plantation, Florida USA.

**Job Purpose:

** The Legal Operations e-Billing Administrator and Analyst will administer our e-Billing and Matter Management System (PassportPro) and will help drive and support various legal operations activities, including budgeting activities; collecting, visualizing, and analyzing data; helping to drive knowledge management initiatives, and driving other continuous improvement projects, as assigned. Includes legal, administrative, and analytical duties.

**Your tasks:


  • Serve as the lead day-to-day administrator for the e-Billing and Matter Management System (PassportPro), including onboarding new law firms and service providers, opening, and closing matters, handling billing issues, analyzing adherence to the company’s’ outside counsel guidelines, analyzing rates and accruals, alternative fee arrangements and other data, and other related activities.
  • Support budgeting and quarterly accruals processes.
  • Assist with the creation of data reports and dashboards.
  • Prepares high quality presentations, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Resolve general support staff issues, as requested.
  • Liaise with outside counsel by providing E-billing support and troubleshooting billing issues.

**Your profile:


  • 3+ years e-Billing experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment, and deep understanding of legal billing practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Analyst or other relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal technology and experience with knowledge management initiatives preferred.
  • Advanced levels of Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Point skills (and COGNOS preferred but not required).
  • Must be comfortable with and embrace technology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and works well in team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to handle complex assignments using considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Strong work ethic; diligent and professional; independent, proactive work style.
