Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Job Description

Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP's New York City office is looking to add at least one to litigation attorney with 2-7 years experience to our team . The office location is in lower Manhattan, and we are hybrid, with three days per week in the office required.

The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases, including premises liability, Labor Law, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and the like, up to and potentially including trial, based on experience and the type of case. We are also looking for attorneys who can resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. We pride ourselves on collaboration and partnership with clients, and the ideal candidate will be able to implement that gameplan.
