Legal Operations Consultant (SharePoint Expert)

Legal.io is working with an established IT company to bring on a Legal Operations Consultant for a 6-month, part-time (20 hours / week) contract. This role requires someone with strong experience in developing process, and knowledge of SharePoint, PowerAutomate, and Microsoft Forms. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Help the legal department execute plans for improved collaboration, task management, metrics & reporting, processes and workflows.
• This person must have significant experience utilizing Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate)
• Ideal candidate will be able to help the team get up to speed quickly on processes and identify how to best prioritize the work.
• Identify strategies and processes to automate and remove current processes from the legal email folder.

Position: Legal Operations Consultant

Pay Rate: $60 - $70 / hour

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Hours Per Week: 20
