Qualifications

**Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in corporate transactions, including equity investments, M &A transactions, corporate governance, LLC and partnership issues. Knowledge of securities law, tech, public work and fund formation are a plus. Florida Bar required; law firm experience required. **
