Insurance Defense Attorney - 100% Remote

We are seeking a dedicated and accomplished Insurance Defense Attorney to join our prestigious client law firms. If you are a skilled attorney with a passion for Construction Defect litigation (developer representation), General Casualty/PI is preferred, but recent litigation experience is a must, we want to hear from you. Our dynamic team provides exceptional legal representation, and we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to contribute to our success.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license to practice law in Nevada or California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in Construction Defect litigation, General Casualty/PI is preferred, but recent litigation experience is a must.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully handling cases and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
