Corporate Contract Attorney

Consilio is seeking an Attorney who has 5+ years of corporate legal experience preferably in-house. The client were working with specializes in FinTech lending and finance deals.

This role can remote or hybrid if you are located in the Southern California region. This position would be 40 hours per week and last for 45 days.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of general in-house corporate experience, drafting corporate agreements, dealing with corporate governance
• Experience with investor relations of a privately held company is preferred
• Must have an active Bar admission in California
• Employment law experience is a plus factor but not required

Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range from $23 to $200 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate’s general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. The rate range for this position is $80 to $90 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
