Downey & Lenkov LLC seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney for our growing Illinois Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with litigation experience looking to grow in their careers and takes on increased and substantive defense litigation-based responsibilities.

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in IL (WI/IN license a plus).
• 5-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closely with partners on cases.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations and trials.
• Opportunity for marketing of new clients.
