Insurance Coverage Attorney

LHH is working on an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing regional law firm that is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney. With a growing caseload that spans multiple states, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful cases while working along-side partners that are recognized as industry leaders!

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates must be NJ barred (NY a plus) and have 2+ years of Insurance Coverage litigation experience to include analyzing policies, drafting coverage opinions, appearing in court, preparing and filing pleadings, motions and briefs, propounding and responding to discovery, etc. Although this is a REMOTE position, candidates must live in close proximity to Newark, NJ.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

The firm has a low billable hour requirement, pays a competitive salary starting at $105 for first-year attorneys and fully covers health insurance for employees. Attorneys enjoy tech reimbursement (no receipts needed!), profit sharing with no vesting period, and unlimited PTO!
