Associate Attorney (Commercial Litigation)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience to join the team at a forward-thinking law firm with a nationally-recognized franchise and business law practice!

The role will be onsite in NYC for the first several months, with a hybrid schedule available after that period. The firm has reasonable billable hour expectations, and they value teamwork and collaboration!

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience , preferably in federal court and including arbitration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complex and varied research assignments
• Drafting substantive motions
• Working on and/or managing discovery projects with outsourced and in-house resources
• Preparing for depositions and trials.
• Additional litigation tasks as needed
• Communication with courts, colleagues, and clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active NY Bar
• 4-6 years of complex litigation experience is required
• Clerkship experience will be considered and included
