Associate General Counsel provides hands-on counsel to all departments. Associate General Counsel identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafts and negotiates key documents, such as contracts, settlement agreements, etc., presents clear recommendations to all levels of the organization, including management, to help ensure legal and regulatory compliance on applicable matters to the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4-8 years of relevant legal experience (either in-house or law firm) highly preferred
• J.D. degree and membership in at least one US state bar
• Additional relevant experience may include real estate law, employment law, OSHA, and privacy law

• Sit for an extended time in front of a computer
