We’re seeking a highly-motivated and mission-aligned Corporate Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team. You will work on everything from board and equity matters to international subsidiary management while supporting a fast-growing startup company. A strong background in general corporate practice, with experience in venture-backed financings and other securities offerings is preferred.
$102,000 - $129,000 a year
For positions based in Redwood City and Oakland, we offer a base salary range of $102,000 - $129,000, + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
