ob Description McDonald’s Corporate, Securities & Governance (“CSG”) Legal Team is a strong group of professionals who work collaboratively with teams across the business advising and counseling on a variety of matters, including securities regulation, executive compensation, and corporate governance topics. The CSG Team is seeking a highly-motivated attorney to assist with securities regulation, financing transactions, and related corporate law issues. This is a fiduciary role that ensures the Company complies with relevant laws and regulations. The individual in this role will monitor trends in the Company’s business performance, evolving regulatory requirements, and governance and disclosure best practices. The individual in this role will work closely with clients (including senior level personnel) to understand their needs and help them achieve business goals and objectives. Responsibilities
