Seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to work with a top client in a boutique law firm located in South Florida. This firm is experiencing exponential growth! This position offers competitive benefits, and the flexibility to work remotely!

Responsibilities: Takes and Defends Depositions Appears in Court for Regular Motion Practice Appear for Zoom Mediations/Settlement Conferences Prepares for trial as needed

Qualifications: Must be a member of the Florida Bar 5-6+ years experience in Commercial Litigation
