$85,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Support and grow your own caseload (especially handling complex cases) to continue your work as a practicing attorney
• Build up the credibility of the law firm to the community by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.
• Establish the financial strategy of the law firm by adequately distributing funds across the company, monitoring the monthly budget, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results - making modifications as needed
• Supervise operations of the firm including the establishment of the office’s team structure, the communication and enforcement of our team’s values, and meaningful contribution to strategic business decisions to achieve company goals
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen our legal team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
• Superior proficiency in reviewing reports, budgets, and advanced computer skills
• Must be comfortable and well-versed in public speaking, decision-making, and supervising others
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorney
• Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role
• At least 8-10 years of experience
