Associate Attorney Job Posting ** ** JOB DESCRIPTION Jones & Dyer, A Professional Corporation is seeking to expand its practice with the addition of a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 to 3 years' experience. Attorneys who have recently been admitted to the bar are encouraged to apply.   Candidates should have significant experience in drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, taking depositions, court and trial experience, and conducting legal research.    This position offers the opportunity to work on all aspects of a case and gain substantial litigation experience over a wide range of practice areas including: Agriculture Litigation, Business Litigation, Insurance Defense, Public Entity, and Civil Litigation. Candidates with a connection to insurance, agriculture or public entities are preferred.   COMPANY DESCRIPTION Jones & Dyer, A Professional Corporation is engaged in a general, civil litigation practice in California.
