Job Title: Associate Attorney Location: White Plains, NY (General Area) Salary: $90,000-$175,000 + dependent on experience with discretionary bonus Benefits: Excellent benefits package including 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Vision insurance and PTO Work Schedule: 9am-5pm M-F Overview: Long standing client of ours law firm with extensive experience in Education Law and related areas, including General Municipal Law and Labor Law. We have served the community for 80+ years, proudly meeting the legal needs of school districts in the greater New York area for decades. Seeking highly motivated attorneys to join their team full-time!

Seek 2 attorneys with the following experience:

1. An attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in litigation, labor, and/or education law.
2. An attorney with 5+ years of commercial experience (transactional and litigation).

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial, Education and litigation matters
• Ability to handle complex cases
• Draft pleadings, discovery and motions
• Conduct legal research
• Make court appearances in courts in Westchester, NY areas
• Provide exemplary legal counsel and representation

Requirements:

• Admission to NY Bar
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills
• Ability to analyze cases
