Optum Bank has a new opportunity for a Paralegal to join our growing legal team. Experience supporting friendly, dynamic credit teams and working across divisions will help you as you support bank lending and related filings. Solid organizational skills and zest for teamwork will serve you well in this role. 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Drafting, filing and reviewing security interests
  • Tracking and organizing physical files
  • Providing support for quarterly board meetings
  • Working across a broader enterprise to support policy initiatives
  • Work closely with colleagues in other offices

Required Qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of experience supporting legal teams
  • 4+ years of experience supporting bank credit or legal teams
  • Demonstrated experience with organizing work projects and a commitment to teamwork
  • Familiarity reviewing, filing, and tracking financing statements and other collateral documentation 
  • Availability to work in the Draper, UT office 2-3 days/week
