Anywhere Integrated Services is hiring a Director of Compliance and Counsel to provide immediate support to the Legal team and business operations with contract management. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Anywhere Integrated Services!
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in completing and submitting license applications for Anywhere Integrated Services various joint venture businesses.
Review and assist in processing and implementing agreements between Anywhere Integrated Services and third-party vendors.
Provide advice and guidance on state and federal laws and regulations to our various business units across the country
Requirements

JD Degree from an accredited law school

Minimum of 5-10 years of legal experience, at least 5 years of title insurance and/or underwriter experience

In-house legal experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and interact well with all staff and all levels of management

Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

Compensation Range:
$150,000- $175,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
