Senior Paralegal

The Senior Paralegal will be a key member of our Legal team supporting attorneys and our business partners on a wide range of legal matters. Among other things, this role will:

  • Manage enhancements to and requirements under key BCG corporate policies, respond to policy inquiries and assist with compliance initiatives and exceptions review and approval;
  • Provide input on requests for proposals and ‘Know Your Customer’ data requests;
  • Be fluent in US corporate governance, including documentation, voting process, support of governance committees and teaming across global and local functions;
  • Support entity management, including formation, annual compliance actions, maintenance of organizational data repository, powers of attorney, etc.;
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge management repository;
  • Perform legal research;
  • Act as key resource for others and thought partner with attorneys; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred;
  • Paralegal Certification;
  • 3+ years of corporate law experience, with law firm or relevant experience as a paralegal in a large in-house environment preferred;
  • Knowledge of US corporate law in general and a specific understanding of Massachusetts corporate law requirements;
  • Proficient in MS office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Self-starter who drives individual projects and takes ownership of outcomes;
  • (US) Notary Public and/or willingness to become a Notary Public.



A variety of cohorts and functions across the company, including local and global stakeholders, members of the BCG Global Legal Team, Finance, Tax, and the Partnership. You will report into the corporate group within the Legal Team.
