The Ads & Delivery Marketing Legal team partners with the rapidly growing Ads business and the Delivery businesses at Uber to advise on Advertising, Digital Media, Consumer Protection, and Marketing & Advertising Law issues.
We are looking for an exceptional Alcohol lawyer to be the go-for for the Ads & Marketing Legal Team. We are looking for someone who has expertise in all things Alcohol law and especially in alcohol related advertising and marketing issues including complex advertising campaigns, initiatives, and activations across multiple media, promotions, and offers, and negotiating partnership and sponsorship agreements. You'll work closely with teams globally throughout Uber, including Legal, Marketing, Ad Sales, Product, Policy, and Comms, to play a critical part in our business, constantly innovate and promote the brand and communicate to consumers, merchants, couriers, and the public at large about products, and services.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $176,000 per year - $195,000 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $176,000 per year - $195,000 per year.
For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $176,000 per year - $195,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $195,000 per year - $216,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $195,000 per year - $216,500 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $176,000 per year - $195,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $195,000 per year - $216,500 per year.
