Nutanix seeks an experienced Anti-Corruption Compliance Manager to join our growing legal department. This position is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and design and build a modern compliance program that can withstand and accommodate the issues that Nutanix will face at scale. This person will report to the Head of Compliance and Investigations and help expand the existing compliance program at Nutanix into a global, world-class function.
This role will partner closely with colleagues in Legal, Sales, Internal Audit, and other functions to design, implement and maintain Nutanix’s anti-corruption controls, including risk-based due diligence of global third parties. Our goal is to create simple processes enabling the business while mitigating risk and ultimately making compliance easy for our colleagues, business partners and customers.
Your Role
- Design and implement enhancements to Nutanix’s third-party compliance program, including data-driven, risk-based due diligence of channel partners.
- Implement new processes for managing gifts, entertainment, and hospitality.
- Analyze and respond to anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) escalations. Partner with legal counsel, as required, to mitigate risk under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA) and other international ABAC laws.
- Perform ABAC risk assessments and continually monitor anti-corruption compliance controls. Develop and implement remedial plans to address identified weaknesses/risks.
- Prepare simple procedures and guidance for employees/stakeholders
- Partner with Nutanix’s Compliance Program Manager on conflict-of-interest intake and review, including implementing automation tools to facilitate and track potential conflict disclosures.
- Support the development and roll-out of anti-corruption compliance training. Deliver targeted training on anti-corruption as required.
- Generate and maintain appropriate records and metrics for the anti-corruption compliance program, including reporting KPIs and tracking remediation and enhancements to Nutanix’s compliance program.
- Support various Compliance and Investigations activities, including projects to improve the Company’s compliance program. Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement and oversee vital internal controls and processes.
What You Will Bring
- Strong ethics, integrity, and accountability with the ability to maintain independence and confidentiality.
- At least seven years of professional working experience in a corporate compliance function and a Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Experience with third-party due diligence/risk management is required.
- Experience with a channel sales model and international operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience using data (both internal and external) to inform compliance risk. Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools is preferred.
- Experience with program management and consensus-building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable integrity, good judgment, strong analytical skills, flexibility, and pragmatism.
- Demonstrated skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse and complex workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge regarding anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $172,640 USD $ 258,960 USD per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
