Contract Attorney
Innovative Driven is seeking to add to an existing team of contract attorneys that is assisting the litigation team on a high profile class action case at one of our law firm clients! This is a wonderful and special opportunity to assist a highly respected firm that allows you to utilize your legal talent to advance a truly admirable and worthy cause.
The role will be on an hourly basis, FULLY REMOTE, and it is expected to last for four plus months, at 40 hours a week!
We are specifically seeking recently barred candidates with less than two years of experience for this position.
The firm is proud of its over 40 years of experience representing survivors of catastrophic and traumatic events. The team has achieved successful resolutions in some of the most challenging fields in the industry, including pharmaceutical drug and medical device mass tort product liability litigations, 9/11 World Trade Center and Child Victims Act claims.
Candidates must be recently barred and reside in one of the following states:
- New York
- California
- Florida
- Pennsylvania
- North Carolina
- Louisiana
- Arkansas
- Maryland
DUTIES:
- Facilitate client intake
- Completion of claims and questionnaires
- Communicate with clients and the litigation team
- Assist with related case specific duties
