The ideal candidate would have:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of solid experience, preferably with some commercial litigation or white-collar & investigations experience.
• Experience related to white-collar criminal trial work, and government and internal investigations.
• Hands-on litigation experience, including conducting legal research, handling discovery, taking, and defending depositions.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting internal investigations and preparing investigative reports, establishing compliance programs, and formulating investigative and defence strategies.
• Represent clients with a wide range of investigations, including informal inquiries through disciplinary proceedings and appeals.
