** Defense Litigation Attorney – Hybrid Remote/In-Office (1-5 years)
We are an 11-attorney San Ramon litigation defense firm specializing in medical malpractice. We have an immediate opening for an associate with 1-5 years of experience in litigation. Medical malpractice is helpful, but not necessary. This is a hybrid remote/in-office position after the onboarding process, which will require a short time in-office for training.
We represent medical centers, physicians, and other health care professionals in medical professional liability actions. Responsibilities include: court appearances, drafting motions, conducting depositions, discovery, summarizing medical records and pre-trial/arbitration work. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, and includes an excellent support staff. We have a robust document management system, which maximizes attorney productivity both remotely and on-site.
