The job: On behalf of one of our clients, a medical device company, JCW is searching for a senior counsel with experience in commercial agreements, promotional materials review, compliance, and more.

Day-to-day you will:

• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including clinical trial agreements, research agreements, supply and distribution agreements, sales agreements, etc.
• Provide review of promotional materials to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, industry guidance and company policies.
• Provide legal advice and counsel related to compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations, including the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician Payments Act, HIPAA, etc.

The qualified candidate has:

• 6+ years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company, or at a top law firm.
