The Corporate Practice group is seeking an attorney with three (3) or more years of experience to join the Houston office.

**Responsibilities

** Job Requirements /Specifications :

  • At least three (3) years of experience in some or all of the following substantive areas:
    • Joint venture agreements, lease negotiations, water rights negotiations, service rights negotiations, joint operation agreements, master service agreement negotiations, and/or real estate
    • Experience identifying legal risks and recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies
    • Experience drafting a wide variety of corporate agreements
    • Experience conducting research on legal issues associated with the case
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Strong communication skills , including communicating with clients, team and partners and providing timely reporting and appearing in court
  • Must be admitted to practice in Texas
  • The annual billable requirement for this position is 1,800 hours
