SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a national law firm with its search for a mid-level real estate attorney at its Austin, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of real estate experience and financing transactions such as drafting and negotiating documents, purchase and sale agreements, JV agreements, leases, and loan agreements involving multi-family, office, retail assets, hotels, etc.

This role is open to Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices.
