D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Attorney for their Corporate Legal Department. The right candidate will work on all matters related to Board of Directors, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance and filings, corporate financings, corporate agreements and contracts, and formation of corporate entities.
**Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Prepare materials for the Board of Directors in an NYSE publicly-listed company.
- Work on SEC filings and compliance matters.
- Review and work with a team on financing matters.
- Draft and review corporate agreements and contracts.
- Familiar with Corporate real property matters
- Manage with our team formation and compliance matters related to hundreds of corporate entities.
- Looking for specific experience and/or a combination of corporate experiences in the listed duties.
- Potential Supervisory Responsibilities - To be determined based on experience.

- Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law
- Four or more years of relevant experience with an in-house organization or law firm
- Licensed Attorney
