** Law firm's New York City office has a growing Funds practice that assists clients in fund formation, structuring, operation marketing as well as regulatory and compliance issues.

**Job Summary

** Are you seeking a growing funds group where you will jump into more fulfilling work? Assist global clients in a broad range of funds as well as institutional investors, broker-dealers and investment advisors.

**Responsibilities And Duties

**

  • Broad Private Equity and Hedge Fund Fund experience including the formation, structuring and operation of various private investment funds and secondary transactions involving LP and portfolio company interests.
  • Domestic and offshore private investment funds, funds of funds and other private investment funds, including hedge, private equity, and REITs.
  • M&A, Restructuring and Finance
  • Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940

**Qualifications And Skills

**

  • The ideal candidate will have approximately 4-5 years of top law firm fund formation and investment management experience.
  • Admissions Firm seeks a candidate admitted to the NY Bar.
  • Academics Superior academic credentials required.
  • Outstanding writing ability is required.
  • Supervisory skill set.

**Anticipated Base Salary Range

** The anticipated base salary range is $295,000-345,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
