Global law firm focused on the intersection of the law and technology is seeking talented eDiscovery Counsel in all our offices and/or to work remotely ** .** The work will be for Fortune 500 and AM LAW 100 **** firms, providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.

Candidates should have at least five (5) years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function.

Qualifications:

• Excellent judgment and be able to exercise it under pressure.
• Ability to impress and handle a range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability and thought leadership in one or more practice areas of value to the Firm.
• Strong technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of Firm team members, clients, and business partners.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of legal principles specifically on eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy and be up to date with the existing and emerging law, legislation, and practices.
• Ability to function in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain an atmosphere where team spirit thrives on cooperation, trust, and empowerment.
• Admission to the bar in at least one of the following jurisdictions : California, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, Washington D.C.
