**** We are seeking immediate applicants who are Bar-admitted and boast a minimum of three years of prior experience in estate planning and business formation. Your proficiency in these domains will be critical to your success in this role.

****Requirements
- Virginia state bar admission in good standing
- Private Practice
- Minimum of three years estate plan drafting experience
- Experience with using modern technology such as Microsoft products and CRMs
- Comfortable with virtual communications
- Business formation, highly preferred
- Special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation and asset protection experience, a plus
- Multiple state bar admissions, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
